1. Service

ParseMyMail is an online platform that automatically parses emails and extracts structured data.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Use

You must provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
Abuse, reverse engineering, or automated overuse of the Service is strictly prohibited.

3. Plans, Credits, and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe monthly or annually, in advance.
Free plan: 20 credits per month.
Credits renew at the start of each billing period and expire if unused.
Processing stops when credits run out until renewal or top-up.

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe; ParseMyMail does not store credit-card details.

4. Consumer Information

If you are a consumer under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless you start using the Service before the end of that period, in which case you expressly waive that right.

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to your emails and uploaded content.
By using the Service, you grant ParseMyMail a temporary license to process such data solely to deliver the Service.
Personal data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
No liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the provider’s registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (e.g., for consumers in their own country).
