To provide the Service, ParseMyMail relies on trusted third-party providers:

  • Vultr Holdings LLC – hosting infrastructure (Paris datacenter);

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd – payment processing;

  • OpenAI Ireland Ltd – AI-based data extraction within the EU.

All sub-processors comply with the GDPR and do not use customer data for unrelated purposes, including model training.

Under the GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete their personal data;

  • Restrict or object to processing;

  • Request data portability;

  • Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
